Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated this 7th day of May 2013 entered in Case No. 12-CA-001900 N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and Charles Streeter, individually, as Successor Trustee and Beneficiary of Emma Marie Austin Inter Vivos Trust Agreement dated 5/27/1992; Elaine Streeter, individually, as Successor Trustee and Beneficiary of Emma Marie Austin Inter Vivos Trust Agreement dated 5/27/1992; Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against Emma Marie Austin; Joseph L. Labadie; Marcella L. Lambert; Amant J. Labadie; and Annette Hart, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 25th day of June 2013 at 10:00 am., by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 81.65 feet of the West 1/2 of Lot 6 and the North 108.90 feet of The East 1/2 of Lot 6 all in Block 4, SWASTIKA SUBDIVISION n/k/a SOUTH SIDE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 18, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida a/k/a 6014 South Sheridan Road, Tampa, Florida 33611.
