NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-5869 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION is Plaintiff and KEYLA BERITZA JIMENEZ A/K/A KEYLA B. JIMENEZ F/K/A LEYLA PORRAS; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on September 30, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Situate, lying and being in the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, to wit: Lot 2, Block 2 of OAK CREEK PARCEL “H-H”, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 141 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
