NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-22349 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and ERLINDA S. MONCADA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERLINDA S. MONCADA N/K/A JUAN RIVERA; ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JUNE 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 58 THROUGH 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
