NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-019752 Div. L, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Sterling Manor Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Sammy Tuffaha, Bank of America, N.A. are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 28, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 6, Tampa Palms Area 2, Unit 5B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 67, on Page 5, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
