TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE RIVER OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 23 FEET OF THE EAST 163 FEET OF THE WEST 823 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THE NORTH 2021.8 FEET THEREOF.
and commonly known as: 8814 ASHMAN ROAD, RIVERVIEW, FL 33578; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 17, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
