ALTERNATLVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC1 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH GOMEZ; JUAN C. PARRA; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/29/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
