LAKER; CULBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARTHA MONCADA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO 8-124, CULBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14118, PAGE 1940, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
