NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-016778, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR17 TRUST is the Plaintiff and LOUIS J MENDEL III A/K/A LOUIS MENDEL III A/K/A LOUIS JOSEPH MENDEL III; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATION, AS A NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS J MENDEL III A/K/A LOUIS MENDEL III A/K/A LOUIS JOSEPH MENDEL III; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, LAKES OF KEYSTONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN PARCEL A.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
