NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 28th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-000735, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and CARLOS J. GUTIERREZ A/K/A CARLOS E. GUTIERREZ A/K/A C. J. GUTIERREZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC., SUNRIDGE OF TAMPA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ZORA GUTIERREZ A/K/A Z. GUTIERREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 22, SUNRIDGE OF TAMPA BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16521, PAGE 167, AND THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 166, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
