YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a complaint for a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief arising out of false and defamatory postings on the internet has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it, on Natalie Stroud Fenner, Esquire, Franklin & Prokopik, attorney for Robert Russo and Defend My Name, Inc., whose address is Franklin & Propkopik, 10150 Highland Manor Drive, Suite 200, Tampa, FL, 33610 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before July 15, 2013, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed in the complaint.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer, a newspaper published and entered as a periodical in Hillsborough County, Florida and in the Alabama Register, a newspaper published and entered as a periodical in Jefferson County, Alabama.
