NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-028372, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff DANIELLE E. BATTAGLIA; RICHARD M. BATTAGLIA; CITIFINANCIAL INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 14th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCING 130 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS STARTING POINT AND RUN EAST 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 110 FEET, THENCE WEST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 110 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
