NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 7, 2013 in the above-styled cause now pending in the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, that I will offer for sale and sell in the manner set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to the highest and best bidder for cash on the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in Hillsborough County, Florida in accordance with Florida law at 10:00 o'clock, a.m. on June 25, 2013, the property described in the attached Exhibit “A”.

THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 4, MENDEL'S RE-SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 1, 2, 3, 4, & 7 OF KRAUSE'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Together with all fixtures; all personal property owned by borrower and located on the real property and used in connection with the real property; and all building materials, on or off site, installed or not; all plans, specifications, and change orders; all professional construction contracts; all permits and licenses; all property and casualty and liability insurance policies and proceeds; and all condemnation awards; including all additions, replacements of, substitutions for, renewals for, and proceeds from the encumbered real and personal property.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice of lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
