NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023904 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Elias Daniel-Modesto a/k/a Elias M. Daniel, Bank of America, NA, Rebeca Daniel a/k/a Rebeca R. Daniel, Railroad and Industrial Credit Union, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A PORTION OF LOTS 12, 13, 14 AND 15, BLOCK 1 OF DAY SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE NORTH 75.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 310.00 OF THE NORTH 3/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 460.00 FEET THEREOF. SUBJECT TO A SEWAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS THE NORTHERLY 10 FEET THEREOF AND A RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE WEST SIDE THEREOF FOR GORDON STREET.
