NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated May 7, 2013 and a Final Judgment April 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA001049, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and CARLOS A. ARRINDELL AKA CARLOS ARRINDELL; SHANEIL M. ARRINDELL AKA SHANEIL ARRINDELL; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ANTI-PESTO BUGKILLERS, INC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH,UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 1, AND THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 83 OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
with the Street address of: 7904 WOODVINE CIRCLE, TAMPA, FL 33615.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
