NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of May, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016930 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein TARA HOUSE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL GUZMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL GUZMAN n/k/a Aracilia Guzman, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. f/k/a COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, n/k/a Pedro Guzman, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of JUNE, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 18, Block 1 of TARA HOUSE SOUTH, a condominium together with all appurtenances to said unit including the appurtenant undivided fractional interest in the common elements and limited common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 16446, Page 675, together with any amendment(s) thereto of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
