NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-018661 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Hoa Vo, Hoang Vo, Kingshyre at Cross Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. , Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
