NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-020488, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MELISSA CARRION FONSECA; BURKETT STUCCO, INC.; THL ENTERPRISES, INC.; VILLAGE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4207 IN BUILDING 4 OF VILLAGE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, AND THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OF INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VILLAGE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3831, PAGE 379 THROUGH 446 AND AMENDED O.R. BOOK 3873, PAGE 1056 THROUGH 1065 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 6, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
