NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-029517 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is the Plaintiff and JAMES SIMPKINS; ROBERT SIMPKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT SIMPKINS A/K/A LAURA SIMPKINS; MICHAEL SIMPKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL SIMPKINS N/K/A KIM SIMPKINS; MOLLY SIMPKINS GRESSITT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MOLLY SIMPKINS GRESSITT N/K/A MICHAEL GRESSITT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JUNE 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, AND THENCE NORTH 200 FEET, THENCE EAST 25 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN EAST 100 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 106 FEET, THENCE WEST 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 106 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
