NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004816, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff ANA BATISTA A/K/A ANA M BATISTA; GREAT SENECA FINANCIAL CORP; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A ARIEL PERDOMO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, IN BLOCK 3, OF BEARSS HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
