NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-020268 - DIVISION F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc. , is the Plaintiff and Cristhian B. Vado, Jane Doe A/K/A Elgin M. Vado, John Doe A/K/A Rey Torres, Wells Fargo Financial Bank, Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
