Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 6 IN BLOCK 34 OF EAST TAMPA SUBDIVISION, A PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, ON PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. A.P.N.: A-20-29-19-4x6-000034-00006.0.
Commonly known as: 2213 GORDON STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33605, at public sale on July 1, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. EST after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
