NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-016491 of the Civil Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Circuit Civil Division, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff, and JOSE L. VARELA, III f/k/a JOSE VARELA, III and REGIS BOUTON are the Defendants. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on June 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
