Final Judgment was awarded on May 09, 2013 in Civil Case No.:10-CA-012432 DIVISION N RF, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY (BB&T) is the Plaintiff, and, MARIE NENNINGER; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A JOE MACCIONE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on June 27, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 811, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS OOK 12788, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 9481 HIGHLAND OAK DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
