NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-004439 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and ALAN P. DENOTE; RIVER BEND HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JUNE 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 20, RIVER BEND PHASE 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 54 THROUGH 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
