Ferland, Allens Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. and Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland are defendants, the Office of Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Pinellas Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on July 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
