NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010767CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2007-OA4 Trust , is the Plaintiff and Donna Stewart Gramley, William W. Gramley, Park Central Towers Association, Inc., and Urethane Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
