NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2007-CA-000151 , CIVIL DIVISION of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DB50 2007-1 TRUST is Plaintiff, and LILIANA CARDENO, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LEINORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LILIANA CARDENO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LILLIANA CARDENO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (MERS); UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 5th day of June, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 118, OB BAY BREEZE COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 130, AT PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
