NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-000246-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein , BREEZEWAY VILLAS, INC., is Plaintiff, and DANIEL P. HEATON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 6, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 13, in Building 5, PHASE III, of BREEZEWAY VILLAS, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 68, page 4-6 and amended to add Phase III, in Condominium Plat Book 70, page 67-69, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5508, Page 1318 and amended to add Phase III in O.R. Book 5590, Page 540 and further amendments, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
