NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000596, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JEANNINE PLEVA A/K/A JEANNINE M. PLEVA, THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC, RUSSELL PLEVA A/K/A RUSSELL S. PLEVA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, OF EAST DRUID PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
