NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on June 4, 2013, beginning at 9:30 a.m. a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, to consider the petition of Karl and Kathleen M. Behnken to release the following:

A portion of a ten foot utility easement on Lot 15, Highland Lakes Unit Sixteen, Phase 1 Subdivision, Plat Book 88, Page 94 in Section 5-28-16 Pinellas County, Florida.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
