NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014624 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and William D. San Antonio and Marvie R. San Antonio, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 130, LESS THE WEST 5 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 131, ORANGE TERRACE 2ND ADDITION,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 77, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
