NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013 entered in Case No. 12-010030-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein is CHATEAUX WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, is Plaintiff, and CHARLES WILLIAM LONG and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A. are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 14, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel:
Unit No. 78 of Phase XIX, CHATEAUX WOODS CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 43, Pages 7 to 34 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5046, pages 1510 to 1591, inclusive, as Clerk's Instrument No. 80107228, as amended by Amendment recorded in O.R Book 5134, page 204, and any and all subsequent amendments, if any, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO THE terms, conditions, covenants, restrictions, easements, assessments, possible future liens, management agreement, and other provisions of Condominium Declaration and exhibits and other attachments thereto, recorded in O.R. Book 5046, pages 1510 to 1591, inclusive, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
