NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2013 entered in Case No. 12-000304-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LASHAWN D. MOORE is Defendant, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 14, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 53, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CLOVERPLACE, a Condominium Phase I, recorded in O.R Book 5669, Pages 189 through 257, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 73, Pages 98 through 100, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
