NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-016240 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS3 was the Plaintiff and XAVIER THOMAS, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 28th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 11416, BUILDING 24 3 AKA BUILDING 24, WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5206, PAGES 1985 THROUGH 2108, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 51, PAGES 106 THROUGH 136, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
