Unit 1702, WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O. R. Book 7935, Page 465, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 111, Pages 1 through 13, inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 13, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
