YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 16C, Building 16, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM I, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and together with a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in O.R. Book 4060, Pages 1407 through 1456, inclusive and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 9 through 12, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1601 Berwick Court, #C, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 24, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
