NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014434-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase is the Plaintiff and Ron Tager, Grand Venezia COA, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Faisal Althukair, Tenant # 2 also known as Yazeed Alajlan and Clearwater Cay Community Property Owners' Association, Inc. are defendants, the Office of Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Pinellas Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on June 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1123, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGES 1368 THROUGH 1486, AND THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14243, PAGES 1040-1145, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
