Smith, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, State of Florida, Pinellas County, Florida, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Pinellas County Sheriff's Office are defendants, the Office of Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Pinellas Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on September 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
