NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-000437-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE-1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE-1, is Plaintiff and Anthony G. Stevens, Kelly J. Stevens, Beneficial Florida, Inc. and Josh Stevens, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 5, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB SECOND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 7218 13th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33710-4613
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
