NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-2766-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-SD1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SD1, is Plaintiff and Alan Litt and East Coast Recovery, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, VETERAN CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
STREET ADDRESS: 5307 29TH AVENUE SOUTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
