NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-005554-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OSI, is Plaintiff and Ralph Thomas King, Jr., Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Tania Coriano and Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Robert Coton, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 2, Snell Shores Manor, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 75, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Located: 4200 Cherry Street NE, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
