NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-5577-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ASPEN NPL I, LLC, is Plaintiff and Kimberly J. Cobb and Stacey G. Cobb,and Nicole Cotten, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 11044, PAGE 2056, ID# 31/30/16/32202/002/0100, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 10, BLOCK B, GORSUCH AND HUTCHINSON SUBDIVISION, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 43.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
