Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK Q OF HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 21, 2013.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITHSECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
