ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
WILLIAM M. BUNCH, guardian of BLANCH BUNCH, incapacitated, has filed a Petition for Discharge upon the grounds of change of domicile of the ward, with the Probate Court, Pinellas County, Florida, the address of which is: Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
The names and addresses of the Guardian and the Guardian's attorney are set forth below.
The name and address of the foreign Guardian are: WILLIAM M. BUNCH, 55 Ehrbar Avenue, 3D, Mt. Vernon, NY 10552, and the name and address of the foreign Guardian's attorney are: None. The Guardian will apply to the above Court for discharge on July 1, 2013, at which time the jurisdiction of the ward will be transferred to the State of New York.
All interested persons are hereby required to file with the clerk of the above court any objections to the petition for discharge WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, and to serve a copy thereof on petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are set forth below, and on other interested persons. Any objection must be in writing and must state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. The objection is abandoned unless a notice of hearing is served on the guardian and other interested persons wtihin 90 days after the objection is filed.
