NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-015387, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and FAWN E. PLUMP; JASON L. PLUMP; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CALIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; E*TRADE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, HARBOR PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 41 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC APN #01-28-15-36297-000-0200
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
