NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 107, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of DOUGLAS ARMS DUNDEE HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, pages 85 and 86, and in O.R. Book 3214, pages 435 through 470, and as amended in O.R. Book 3219, pages 467 through 490, and in O.R. Book 4818, page 429 and again in O.R. Book 7302, page 1846, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Subject to the Condominium Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 3215, page 608, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 600 Glennes Lane, #107, Dunedin, Florida 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 14, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
