NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522012CA009165XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-AC6 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AC6 is the Plaintiff and KYLE R CODDINGTON, COQUINA KIRA, LLC, RAYMOND BOYER JOHNSTON, JR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, LAKEWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINEALLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
