NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30 day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-007584, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and HENRY R. OGLESBY, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK âFâ, FRUITLAND HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
