NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010429, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH FIRST NATIONWIDE MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and THEODORE MOTT A/K/A THEODORE MOTT JR, REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK, KAREN MOTT and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31 AND WATER LOT 31, SPRAGUE SPENCER SECOND REPLAT AND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
