NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-2148CI11, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein USBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AB1 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS SPATARO A/K/A THOMAS P. SPATARO, BANK OF AMERICA NA, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE RESIDENTS ASSOC, INC. F/K/A ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ELIZABETH SPARATARO A/K/A ELIZABETH J. SPATARO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 10, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65 THROUGH 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
